I am fortunate enough to count Menendez as some of my finest and most longstanding friends. Their music is truly captivating and I am honoured to have helped engineer and co-produce two of their excellent albums.

I started remixing their music about twenty years ago, more out of fun than from any request by the band. Over the years I've added another one here and another one there until I noticed that an album seemed to have materialised.
It seemed fitting to give these remixes a physical release not long after Menendez themselves dropped their final record, the wonderful 'telethon'.

These remixes have their feet planted on the dance-floor of some weirdo space somewhere or other. There's dubbed-out instrumental hip-hop crossing into post-rock. There's heavy bass rumblings and soul-buster hip-shaking. There's oddbod digital descarga and lo-fi electro.
